1. Check the material. Most of the water-cooled heat dissipation plates in the market are designed with aluminum plates embedded in copper pipes. This water-cooled plate is made of aluminum and copper alloys, which has a high cost-effectiveness and relatively low cost. It is difficult for everyone to determine the quality of aluminum and copper, whether there are impurities, or the quality of raw materials.

2. Look at the craftsmanship. The material can be the same, but the process is different, and the effect of the radiator is different. The process should start from two aspects. On the one hand, whether the production should be carried out according to the design drawings, and the parameters marked in the drawings should be checked with Vernier scale. If the error is within 0.05 mm, it can be regarded as qualified, and if the requirements are high, the accuracy can reach 0.02 mm.

On the other hand, from the perspective of the workmanship of water-cooled panels, the process of embedding aluminum panels with copper pipes can create a bonding problem. If there is a gap between the two, it can affect the heat dissipation effect and even cause water leakage. Another method is to connect the copper tube and aluminum plate through the process of embedding the tube, and then use polishing or flying surface processing to form a flat surface for the entire water-cooled heat dissipation plate. To determine the quality, one can also observe whether the surface is flat and whether the copper tube and aluminum plate have fused into a flat surface. Any gaps or unevenness can affect the heat dissipation effect.
